Job Description
Position: Computer Hardware Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Requirement: Strong knowledge of laptop repairing and troubleshooting.
- Required Skills - Laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Motherboard-level diagnosis preferred
- LCD/display, keyboard, battery, charging and adapter issues
- RAM, SSD/HDD replacement and installation
- Windows installation and software troubleshooting
- Desktop and printer troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- On-site customer support
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally for service calls
