Candidate Requirements

•Minimum Experience: 2 years in a bakery or commercial production kitchen.

•Age: 24–40 years.

•Strong practical knowledge of bakery production, particularly dough handling, fermentation, proofing, and bread making.

•Familiarity with commercial bakery equipment and production processes.

•Ability to follow recipes, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a team. •Disciplined, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
