Key Responsibilities✅ Assist customers with insurance-related queries and service requests.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

✅ Generate business through client interactions, referrals, and leads.

✅ Explain insurance products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.

✅ Support policy issuance, renewals, and documentation processes.

✅ Handle after-sales service, policy servicing, and customer grievance resolution.

✅ Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and issue resolution.

✅ Achieve sales and customer service targets as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile✔ Graduate in any discipline.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities.

✔ Sales experience in insurance, banking, financial services, telecom, retail, or customer service will be preferred.

✔ Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

✔ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
