• Handle client communication and maintain healthy client relationships
• Understand client requirements and provide proper support/service
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of client queries
• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing services and feedback
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and updates
• Build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

⏰ Working Days: Monday – Saturday
