Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice) || International Process || 5 Days

Process: International Chat Process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
• Graduates and undergraduates, both freshers and experienced candidates, can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
• Good typing and customer handling skills preferred

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 22,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 19,000 per month

Shift Details

• Night Shift Process
• Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within the operational window

Training

• Training will be conducted during daytime hours only

Cab Facility

• Available during odd hours only (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
• Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
• Weekly Offs:2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Follow company guidelines and process requirements
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved
