Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Install and configure IP Cameras, HD Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and CCTV accessories.
  • Perform camera mounting, cabling, termination, and testing.
  • Configure IP addresses, network settings, and remote viewing for CCTV systems.
  • Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supplies, cables, connectors, and other related equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure CCTV systems are working properly.
  • Diagnose and resolve camera display, recording, connectivity, and storage-related issues.
  • Configure CCTV systems for mobile and remote monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the Operations/Technical Team for site installations and service activities.
  • Prepare service reports and update the status of installation and maintenance work.
  • Visit customer sites for installation, breakdown, repair, and maintenance work.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper tools and equipment.
  • Provide technical support to customers and explain basic system operation when required.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches, SMPS, and CCTV networking.
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and networking.
  • Ability to use basic electrical and technical tools.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
