Benfish is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Catering Sales Executive to generate catering business, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and catering industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new catering business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
• Handle catering inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Catering Sales or Business Development in the Food & Beverage/Catering industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with corporate clients and event organizers is preferred.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
