Job Description
Position: Call Quality Analyst (BPO)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Call Quality Analyst for our BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer calls, evaluating agent performance, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer service calls.
- Review calls to ensure agents follow company guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify communication gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to agents to improve call quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly quality reports.
- Ensure proper call handling, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management.
- Required Skills Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify errors and provide constructive feedback.
- BPO or call centre experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
