Call Center ExecutiveJob Summary. We are looking for a citizen-focused and communication-oriented Call Center Executive to handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, provide information about various government programs, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Follow company communication guidelines and SOPs
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Prior call center/customer support experience preferred (freshers may also apply)

Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer support/call center/BPO

• Salary: Fixed + PF + ESIC
