Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers, understand their preferences, and assist them with product selection.

•Upsell donuts, beverages, and combo offers to increase sales.

•Prepare basic food items and beverages as per company standards.

•Serve customers efficiently and maintain excellent service standards.

•Handle billing and order processing using the POS system.

•Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.

•Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep.

•Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operations.


Candidate Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, QSR, café, or food service preferred.

•Must be confident and comfortable interacting with customers.

•Fluent in Hindi and/or Bengali, with basic English communication skills.

•Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

•Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and willing to learn.

•Prior experience with POS billing or beverage preparation will be an advantage.
