*Café Manager – Roles & Responsibilities* 

1. Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.

2. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns promptly.

3. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate café staff to improve performance and productivity.

4. Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during all shifts.

5. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly revenue targets.

6. Coordinate with the bakery and kitchen teams to ensure timely preparation and availability of products.

7. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure freshness of bakery items throughout the day.

8. Manage inventory of food, beverages, packaging materials, and café supplies.

9. Minimize wastage through proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory control.

10. Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

11. Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, daily sales reconciliation.

12. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

13. Monitor café cleanliness, ambience, and maintenance to provide a welcoming environment.

14. Support local marketing activities, promotions, and new product launches to increase sales.

15. Track daily sales, customer footfall, and operational KPIs, and submit reports to management.

16. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service quality.

17. Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

18. Can work in rotational shifts and differents outlet if needed
