Cafe & Ice Cream Associate

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve ice creams, mocktails, hot chocolate, filter coffee, and other menu items as per brand standards. Assist customers with menu selections, handle billing through cash/POS, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage opening/closing tasks, monitor stock, follow food safety SOPs, ensure consistent quality, and support promotions and new product launches.

Who We're Looking For

Friendly, energetic, and willing to learn. Prior experience in a café, ice cream parlour, or food outlet is preferred but not mandatory. Basic billing knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are essential.
