Business Development Executive (Recruitment Support)

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable Work Permit & Visa solutions.

Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Team to improve client experience and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Follow up with leads and clients to maximize conversions and strengthen long-term relationships.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Work closely with the Operations & Marketing Team to achieve business development goals.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Assist the Recruitment Team in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities whenever required.

Perform any other business-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
