Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven, dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing B2B/SMB client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Key DetailsCompensation (CTC): ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum + Performance-based Incentives
  • Location: Kolkata (Field Sales)
  • Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years (Prior experience in IT Services, Software, BFSI, or Internet industries is a major plus)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Identify potential B2B/SMB clients, generate fresh leads, and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Field Sales: Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and pitch relevant solutions to business owners and decision-makers across the Kolkata region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention and referral business.
  • Channel & Enterprise Sales: Explore and develop new sales channels while managing enterprise-level client interactions.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
