Job Description
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in spoken Bengali is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior EdTech inside sales experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 200+ outbound calls daily. • Conduct quality video counselling/demo sessions. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Maintain CRM records and follow-ups. • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
