Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Sales & Revenue Management
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly branch sales targets.
  • Drive sales of Velnesi slimming, skin, laser, facial, body-contouring and wellness services.
  • Monitor lead conversion, consultation conversion, package sales and repeat business.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of all leads, enquiries and existing clients.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue, client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services and products.
  • Review daily sales performance and take corrective action whenever targets are missed.
  • 2. Team Management
  • Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of therapists, dieticians, counsellors, sales consultants, telecallers and support staff.
  • Allocate daily responsibilities and targets to team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Train employees on sales, consultation, customer handling and Velnesi services.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, grooming and professional behaviour.
  • Identify low performers and implement improvement plans.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • 3. Client Management & Customer Experience
  • Ensure every client receives a professional and positive Velnesi experience.
  • Personally handle important clients and escalated complaints.
  • Monitor client feedback, satisfaction and treatment experience.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of clients after consultations and treatments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
  • Ensure ethical communication and avoid misleading treatment or result claims.
  • 4. Branch Operations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and professional presentation of the centre.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and reception areas are properly maintained.
  • Monitor stock of products, consumables and other branch requirements.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for procurement, maintenance and administrative requirements.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain all required branch registers, records and documentation.
