• Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, community members, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
• Handle day-to-day branch/centre coordination and support activities.
• Communicate with visitors and beneficiaries and resolve their queries professionally.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
• Support outreach activities, awareness programs, events, and community initiatives.
• Maintain branch records, forms, reports, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and activities.
• Assist in identifying new community contacts and opportunities for collaboration.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and update management.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Represent the organization professionally while interacting with the community and external stakeholders.
• Support the Foundation’s mission of creating better educational and developmental opportunities for children.
• EligibilityQualification: HS Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Age: 18–30 years preferred.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet.
• Languages: Bengali/Hindi/English preferred, depending on location.
