- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive package sales for slimming, weight loss, inch loss, skin, and wellness treatments.
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion ratios.
- Conduct sales reviews and implement action plans.
- Generate local marketing and referral business opportunities.
- 2. Branch OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Ensure proper scheduling of consultations and treatment sessions.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
- 3. Team ManagementLead and motivate Dieticians, Therapists, Telecallers, and Front Office Executives.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Identify training needs and conduct coaching sessions.
- Build a positive and performance-driven culture. Branch managers are expected to lead teams, delegate effectively, and maintain operational efficiency.
- 4. Client Relationship ManagementEnsure excellent customer experience.
- Handle escalated complaints and client concerns.
- Monitor treatment results and client retention.
- Increase renewals, referrals, and repeat business.
- Maintain high client satisfaction ratings.
- 5. Financial ManagementMonitor branch profitability and expenses.
- Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Control operational costs without affecting service quality.
- Track collections and outstanding payments.
- 6. Marketing & Business DevelopmentCoordinate local promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with corporates, gyms, salons, and wellness groups.
- Participate in health camps and awareness programs.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
