Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare biryani as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare and manage ingredients, spices, and marinades.
- Maintain food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Control food wastage and ensure proper portioning.
- Monitor stock and report ingredient shortages.
- Follow company SOPs and daily production targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Management.
