Key Responsibilities

As a Wealth Manager / Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, and fostering client relationships.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Team Building: Strategically building and expanding a high-performing sales and wealth management team.

Team Management: Overseeing daily team operations, setting goals, guiding members, and ensuring performance targets are consistently met.

Client Relationship Management: Establishing, maintaining, and managing long-term relationships with clients to build trust and drive sustained business growth.

Recruitment: Actively identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to strengthen the workforce.

Training & Development: Mentoring staff and conducting training sessions for both new recruits and existing team members to enhance their sales and marketing skills.
