Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate Sales & MICE to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and developing MICE opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in the travel, hospitality, events, or MICE industry, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve revenue targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for travel and MICE services.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • MICE SalesPromote domestic and international MICE solutions including conferences, incentive tours, dealer meets, annual meetings, reward programs, and corporate retreats.
  • Prepare customized MICE proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with operations, suppliers, airlines, hotels, DMCs, and event partners for cost-effective solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
  • Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR teams, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Manage corporate contracts and service agreements.
  • Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, airline policies, and MICE destinations.
  • Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Reporting & CRMMaintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Track revenue performance and business development activities.
  • Required SkillsStrong B2B sales and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to generate and close corporate business.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate travel and MICE operations.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Sales, MICE Sales, Travel Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Event Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.
