Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End GST Compliance: Independent handling of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings, and rigorous Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation (Matching GSTR-2B with Purchase Registers).
• TDS Management: Accurate calculation of TDS, timely tax payment/challan generation, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Financial Statements: Independent drafting of Balance Sheets, P&L accounts, and Notes to Accounts for Proprietorships, Partnerships, and Private Limited companies (sound knowledge of Schedule III is mandatory).
• Taxation & Portals: Basic knowledge of Income Tax filing and hands-on familiarity with the Income Tax, GST, and TRACES portals.
• Data Management: Maintaining daily bookkeeping with absolute accuracy.

Requirements & Skills:

• Software: Must be a pro in Tally (Prime/ERP 9) and highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com graduates OR CA Intermediate candidates (whether currently pursuing or discontinued).
• Experience: Prior experience working in a CA firm is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to handle compliance work with minimal supervision.
• Traits: Strong understanding of accounting concepts and strict adherence to statutory due dates.
