• Job Summary-
• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoices, payments, reconciliations, financial records, and other day-to-day accounting activities.
• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with maintaining accurate financial and accounting records.
• Record daily transactions, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support the Accountant during audits and tax-related activities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Enter and update financial data in accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
