Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our financial records, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and provide key quantitative insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong mathematical skills, a sharp eye for spotting numerical errors, and advanced proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Management & Record Keeping

• Manage all accounting transactions including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare, review, and issue accurate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal balance sheets to ensure data integrity.

Compliance & Auditing

• Compute corporate taxes and prepare timely, accurate tax returns in compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Enforce adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits by organizing documentation, pulling data, and resolving financial discrepancies.
