Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Management:

• Develop, update, and maintain the NEET curriculum in alignment with the latest exam patterns and

syllabus.

• Ensure the timely availability of study materials and resources for students.

Faculty Coordination:

• Manage teaching staff.

• Schedule and organize faculty meetings and training sessions.

• Provide support and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness.

Student Support:

• Monitor student progress and performance.

• Address student queries and concerns related to academics.

• Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and review classes.

• Take regular feedbacks from students through calls.

• Arranging Regular Parents Teachers Meeting.

• Handle grievances of Students and Parents.

• Taking Attendances of online and offline classes.

Quality Assurance & Feedback:

• Implement and oversee quality control measures for teaching and learning processes.

• Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions from students to ensure continuous

improvement.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and seminars.

• Collaborate with external experts and guest speakers if required for special sessions.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.

• Prepare and present academic reports to management.
