Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Shoot and edit Reels and short videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook: doctor explainers, patient-awareness topics and clinic stories.
  • Design graphics, carousels, posters and thumbnails in our brand style.
  • Use AI tools (CapCut AI, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) for scripts, captions, subtitles and faster edits.
  • Plan and post content on a weekly calendar; reply to comments and messages.
  • Track views, reach, saves and enquiries each week; double down on what works.
  • Follow medical advertising rules and patient privacy: no patient photos or details without written consent.

You must have

  • A portfolio of videos and graphics you have made (link required).
  • Strong editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or VN, and design in Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • A sense of what makes people stop scrolling: hooks, pacing, subtitles, trending audio.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram/YouTube analytics.
