• Main Job ResponsibilitiesHair ServicesPerform haircuts for men, women, and children.
• Hair washing, blow-drying, and styling.
• Hair colouring, global colour, highlights, balayage, ombré, and fashion colours.
• Hair spa and deep conditioning treatments.
• Hair smoothening, keratin, botox, rebonding, and perming.
• Hair extensions and advanced styling (preferred).
• Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape and hair type.
• Client ConsultationConduct professional consultations before every service.
• Understand client expectations and recommend suitable services.
• Educate clients on hair care and maintenance.
• Customer ServiceWelcome clients warmly and ensure a premium salon experience.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
• Retail & SalesRecommend and sell professional hair care products.
• Promote salon memberships, value cards, packages, and ongoing offers.
