Trainee Business Development Executive

CS FOR ALL is hiring Business Development Executive Trainees for a remote, target-driven sales role.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

Initial 3-Month Trainee Period:

₹5,000/month fixed + performance incentives

After Successful Full-Time Conversion:

₹15,000/month fixed + performance incentives

Candidates who perform well during the 3-month trainee period may be offered a full-time Business Development Associate (BDA) position.

Full-time conversion is based on performance and business requirements and is not automatically guaranteed.

Working Hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 6:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Saturday – Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Monday: Weekly Off

This is a Work From Home role.

Candidates must be comfortable working regularly until 12:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Understand the prospect's career requirements.
• Explain CS FOR ALL programs clearly and accurately.
• Follow up with interested leads regularly.
• Answer prospect questions regarding the program, pricing and services.
• Handle sales objections professionally.
• Work towards individual sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information.
• Build professional relationships with prospective customers.
• Participate in sales training and feedback sessions.
• Follow company sales processes and communication guidelines.

• Can work during the mentioned evening/night shift.
• Have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable Work From Home setup.
• Can commit to the complete 3-month trainee period.

Previous experience in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, business development, EdTech sales or customer handlingis an advantage but is not mandatory.
