The RoleWe are looking for a young, energetic and target-oriented female candidate with previous experience in telesales/inside sales or a similar role.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on leads from Google, IndiaMART, JustDial and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and generate qualified business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales, site visits and quotations.
• Maintain proper lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team and take ownership of assigned leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Candidate ProfileFemale candidate preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales / inside sales / lead conversion preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up ability and sales mindset.
• Target-oriented, responsible and result-driven.
• Experience handling IndiaMART/JustDial/Google leads will be an advantage.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month, depending on experience.

Sales Incentives: Applicable on net generated sales.

Quarterly Incentive: Additional performance incentive upon achievement of assigned quarterly targets.

Medical Benefits: Applicable after successful completion of the probation period.

Working HoursMonday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Holidays: As per government holidays.
