Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telesales Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer and sales databases.
• Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers when required.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information.
• Coordinate with the telesales team to track leads and sales activities.
• Enter and maintain daily call, lead, order, and customer information.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, documents, or appointments.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales, accounts, delivery, and customer service.
• Check and process customer documents and forms.
• Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
• Achieve assigned productivity and follow-up targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic sales and customer-service knowledge.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping ability.

Qualification:

• Typically 12th pass or graduate. Freshers may also be considered depending on the company.
