• Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead Management: Actively manage and respond to incoming inquiries generated through various online platforms and digital channels.
• Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients to identify their specific scaffolding and construction needs.
• Sales Support: Provide detailed product information, pricing, and formal quotations to prospective buyers.
• Lead Conversion: Perform regular follow-ups to nurture interest and drive sales growth.
• International Sales: Manage communications with export customers and assist with global inquiries.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead progress within the company CRM.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Candidate Requirements:-
• Linguistic Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle customer queries confidently and build professional rapport.
