Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
