📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new Insurance Advisors.

• Generate Insurance Sales through your team.

💰 Monthly Salary:

*Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 75,000*

🎯 Incentives:

• ₹3,000 for Attendance

• ₹5,000 Blast-Off Per Advisor

• ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 License Fee

• ₹5,000 to ₹32,000 PDI Per Advisor

💸 Commission:

• 9% – 30% Commission on Team Sales

• 45% – 50% Commission on Self Business

📋 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

• Age: 25+ Years

• Insurance Sales Experience Preferred

⚠️ No Insurance Experience? No Problem!

You can join as an Insurance Advisor. To become eligible for promotion, you need to complete a minimum of 6 Life Insurance Policies or ₹2,10,000 worth of business.
