Job Description
Sales Officer – Real Estate & Home Loans
Flat4sale PropTech Private Limited is hiring 2 Sales Officers for North Kolkata and South Kolkata locations.
Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage property and home loan leads. • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits. • Follow up with buyers, sellers, and builder partners. • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing. • Maintain daily lead updates in CRM. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements: • Graduate preferred. • Good communication and convincing skills. • Experience in Real Estate, Home Loans, Insurance, Banking, or Sales will be preferred. • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply. • Must own a smartphone and be willing to travel locally.
Salary & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) • Attractive Performance Incentives up to ₹50,000+ per month • Career growth opportunities • Training and field support provided
