Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership

Build, train, and manage a professional sales team of minimum 4 members.

Recruit and monitor Property Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Home Loan Executives.

Conduct daily sales meetings, target reviews, and performance monitoring.

Motivate the team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Property Sales

Generate buyer leads for residential properties.

Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and booking follow-ups.

Support the team in closing high-value property sales.

Builder Tie-Ups

Develop relationships with builders and developers across Kolkata.

Onboard new residential and commercial projects on the Flat4sale platform.

Negotiate marketing tie-ups and promotional campaigns.

Home Loans

Guide customers regarding Home Loan eligibility, ROI, and bank offers.

Coordinate with PSU and private banks for approvals and disbursement.

Ensure proper documentation and customer support till loan sanction.

Business Development

Develop local marketing and lead generation strategies.

Coordinate Meta Ads, digital leads, and CRM follow-ups.

Improve customer conversion and builder engagement.

Team Structure Under Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will build and manage a 4-member team:

Property Sales Executive

Builder Relationship Executive

Home Loan Executive

Telecalling / Lead Follow-up Executive


Required Skills



Strong leadership and team handling ability

Experience in Real Estate / Home Loans / Builder Sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of Kolkata property market

CRM and lead management knowledge preferred

Experience Required

Minimum 3–7 year

s experience in Property Sales, Builder Tie-Ups, or Home Loans.
