Energy Ecolighting Enterprise (EEE) is an electrical contracting and project execution company specializing in electrical installation, infrastructure and construction-related electrical works. We work with clients across various projects, providing electrical contracting services and project-based solutions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Coordinator to handle client communication, telecalling and follow-ups. The candidate will work with existing business references and potential clients to understand their electrical project requirements, schedule meetings or free site visit audits, respond to client queries and coordinate the sharing of quotations and BOQs.

This is primarily a work-from-home role initially, focused on phone calls, client relationship management and business development support. The candidate is required to attend in-person once in a week meeting with our core team for weekly work update.

Location: Kolkata (Candidates from Kolkata and nearby areas preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcomed, Experienced preferred.

Laptop: Own laptop is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their electrical project requirements and service needs.
• Schedule meetings with clients and arrange free site visit audits wherever required.
• Handle incoming client enquiries and resolve basic queries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with clients regularly regarding enquiries, site visits, quotations and ongoing business discussions.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and project teams to collect project details and prepare BOQs and quotations.
• Send BOQs, quotations and other relevant documents to clients through email and follow up on them.
• Maintain a record of client interactions, enquiries, scheduled meetings, site visits and follow-up status.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Support the management team in converting enquiries and references into business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, customer support or sales coordination will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in speaking with new clients over phone calls.
• Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of email, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Candidates residing in Kolkata or nearby areas are preferred.
