Retail Store Manager

About the Role

You will be responsible for running a Rynox Exclusive Brand Outlet on a day-to-day basis. This is a customer-facing retail role, not a backend inventory or warehouse role. You will manage a small team and handle sales, store operations, and customer interaction. This role requires you to be hands-on, present on the shop floor, and comfortable working independently.

Role Mandate

Run the store efficiently, deliver a strong customer experience, and improve store performance across sales, footfall, and conversion.

What You’ll Work On

● Drive store sales by improving walk-ins, conversion, and customer engagement

● Talk to customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products

● Manage daily store operations, including cash, reporting, and processes

● Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse

● Plan and manage stock requirements for the store

● Track store performance and take action where needed

● Manage and guide Sales Executives to ensure discipline and performance

● Maintain store upkeep, display, and overall in-store experience

● Manage store social media and Google Business updates

● Execute in-store activities and events

● Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and marketing teams How You’ll Work

● Work independently while managing the store end-to-end

● Stay actively present on the shop floor and interact with customers

● Balance sales, operations, and admin responsibilities through the week

● Follow SOPs and reporting processes with discipline

● Work with Cluster/HQ teams while executing at the store level

● Handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

● Stay calm and professional in all customer interactions

● Take initiative to improve store performance and customer experience

● Month-on-month growth in store revenue

● Increase in footfall and better conversion rates

● Positive customer reviews and feedback

● Accurate records and well-managed store operations

● Reduced ageing of store inventory

Prior Experience

● Minimum 3 years in retail store or outlet management

● Experience in apparel, sporting goods, motorcycle gear, automotive, consumer electronics, or similar retail environments with direct customer interaction

● Experience managing small teams and handling both sales and operations

● Experience in assisted selling environments is preferred

● Ability to communicate in English and the local language

● Familiarity with motorcycling or riding gear is a plus, not mandatory Educational Background
