Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Captain

Locations: New Digha, Mandarmani, & Dhulagarh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand / Month

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee dining floor operations, welcome guests, and ensure high service standards.
  • Take orders, recommend menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely service.
  • Supervise and assist floor stewards to ensure clean, smooth restaurant operations.
  • Address guest feedback promptly to deliver a great dining experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in hospitality/dining.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, and blackout dates (strictly no leave during high-demand periods).
