Key responsibilities include developing regional sales strategies, monitoring channel performance, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, analytical ability, and leadership qualities to inspire performance across diverse markets. A graduate/post‑graduate degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
