Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of different job roles and industries.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring recruitment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment portals.
• Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.

Compensation

• Payment may be commission-based, per successful hire, or fixed-project basis depending on the agreement.
