Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of electrical materials and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of electrical materials as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and obtain competitive quotations.

- Compare prices and negotiate with vendors.

- Verify material requirements against BOQ.

- Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate order processing.

- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites.

- Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

- Experience in electrical materials or project procurement will be preferred.

- Knowledge of BOQ and basic procurement processes.

- Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.

- Own laptop is mandatory.

- Willingness to attend 1 meeting per week in Kolkata.
