Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative Personal Assistant Cum Social Media Manager who can assist senior management in daily operations while managing the brand's social media presence across multiple platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, distributors, influencers, and internal teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records, documents, and confidential information.
• Assist management in event planning and execution.
• Social Media ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, captions, reels, and stories.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
• Schedule and publish daily content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, athletes, and college ambassadors.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral content opportunities.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Preferred QualificationsGraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, executive assistance, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with FMCG, lifestyle, sports, or beverage brands will be preferred.
