Job Description
Manager for Industrial Sales and Service Operations responsible for bridging the gap between sales and customer support. They monitor performance metrics, and ensure teams achieve revenue targets while delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations- Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to contract closure, Data & Analytics: Track key sales metrics (win/loss rates, quota attainment, and sales velocity).
Service Operations -
Customer Support Management: Lead back-end service teams to ensure quick response, accurate call logging, and efficient case closure, Service Sales & Renewals: Drive up-selling, cross-selling, and the renewal of service contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and warranties.
Team Enablement: Recruit, train, and mentor staff on product knowledge, objection handling, and value-based selling
