Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Facebook & Instagram social media pages

Plan and execute social media strategies to increase reach and engagement

Create and schedule engaging social media content

Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns

Monitor ad performance, leads, conversions, and budgets

Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements

Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for content and campaigns

Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and social media trends

Required Skills

6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Meta Ads / Social Media Management

Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)

Experience in managing social media pages

Understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and audience engagement

Basic knowledge of campaign optimization, targeting, and remarketing

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
