Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Personal Loan and Business loan leads through open-market activities.
Identify potential salaried and self-employed customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Process loan applications and coordinate with the credit/operations team.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain daily sales and customer activity reports.
Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
Develop relationships with customers, companies, shops and local business networks.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work in the field and generate own leads.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
