Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone and explain our web development and digital marketing services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales consultations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
