Insurance Sales / BD Manager

Key Responsibilities-

• Generate and convert leads for insurance products.
• Promote Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance solutions.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and policy presentations.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and onboarding.
• Follow up on renewals and policy servicing requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
