Job Title - HR Manager


Department- Human Resources


Job Summary-

Reports To Director of Human Resources / Chief Executive Officer

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and organizational development initiatives.


   Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

·        Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.

·        Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.

·        Maintain talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.

Employee Relations·        Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.

·        Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

·        Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations when required.

Performance Management·        Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

·        Support managers in setting performance goals and development plans.

·        Facilitate employee feedback and coaching programs.

Compensation & Benefits·        Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs.

·        Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.

·        Ensure payroll-related HR processes are accurate and timely.

Training & Development·        Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

·        Develop employee engagement and leadership development programs.

·        Support career development and succession planning activities.

Compliance & HR Administration·        Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

·        Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

·        Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.

·        Manage HR audits and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred).

·        5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

·        Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
