Job Description

HR Recruiter Intern📍 Work From Home | 💼 Fresher – 1 Year | 🎯 PPO Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine & LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes as per job requirements and contact relevant candidates
  • Develop and update Job Descriptions (JDs)
  • Coordinate with candidates and recruitment agencies
  • Maintain candidate data and follow up throughout the hiring process

Key Skills:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage
