Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain YEPPLO's apartments, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and common areas.
• Complete room cleaning before guest check-in and after guest check-out.
• Ensure bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and other linen are properly changed.
• Dust, sweep, mop and vacuum rooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, kitchens and other guest-use areas.
• Ensure rooms are properly arranged and guest-ready.
• Check for damaged, missing or non-functional items and immediately report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all YEPPLO properties.
• Assist with deep cleaning whenever required.

Laundry & Linen Management

• Collect used bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and other washable linen from properties.
• Sort, wash, dry, iron/fold and properly store laundry.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of all linen.
• Maintain sufficient stock of clean linen at each property.
• Keep track of dirty and clean linen to avoid shortages.
• Report damaged, stained or unusable linen to management.
• Coordinate movement of laundry and linen between different YEPPLO properties when required.
• Multi-Property OperationsTravel to different YEPPLO properties as assigned for housekeeping and laundry requirements.
• Carry cleaning materials, linen and other housekeeping supplies between properties when required.
• Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requirements, guest requests and operational needs.
• Coordinate with property managers, caretakers and the YEPPLO operations team.
• Ensure assigned properties are ready before guest arrival.
• Inventory & Maintenance SupportMaintain basic housekeeping supplies such as cleaning chemicals, toiletries, garbage bags, tissues and other consumables.
• Monitor usage and inform the supervisor before stocks run out.
• Report plumbing, electrical, furniture, appliance or other maintenance issues noticed during cleaning.
• Help maintain an accurate record of housekeeping and laundry inventory.

Bike & Travel Requirement

A personal bike/motorcycle is mandatory for this position.

The employee must:

• Have a valid driving licence.
• Have access to a personal two-wheeler.
• Be comfortable travelling between multiple YEPPLO properties.
• Maintain punctuality while travelling between assigned properties.
• Follow all traffic and road-safety regulations.
